What does the FRE stand for in x86fre_client?

As the topic says..

Matter of fact, I'd like to know what the whole string means. I understand the dates and all but nothing much more than that.

I think it means free. They don't want people to get used to it so they are confusing and left off an e.

I think fre stands for free (cpu free). Its type of compiling.
