    I disabled the pop up for uac prompt can i turn it back on?

    Yes, go into the control panel, then click on "Action Center". Now click on "Change User Account Control Settings"

    Type UAC into the start-menu search bar. The first item that appears is the option to turn it back on. If you used a hack or edited the registry to do it, most likely you will have to reverse whatever you did.

    Yes, my advice is the 'long way around', but it still gets you where you need to go karlsnooks

    Sometimes it's best to get familiar with the control panel, then learn the shortcuts from there.

    It is always good to be familiar with where things are located in the control panel. I just like to give the simplest advice possible.
