Windows 7: Computer not responding to USB devices?

hey hows it going, for awhile I was constantly getting a message from windows saying my USB bandwidth was exceeded when I had my usb devices hooked up. So being the idiot I am I disabled the USB reserve or whatever that windows has in its USB devices section. Now when I plug any USB device in my computer windows doesnt notice it or do anything
Im not the most tech savy person ever, but does anyone know how to fix it?
and if not will a computer repair store be able to fix it? Im pretty choked right now.

Type System Restore in Start search box. Look at the restore points after having it "Show more restore points."

Do you see a restore point from right before you made the change? You can roll back your Windows 7 to before you made the mistake.

If there are no System Restore points for that period then tell us exactly how and where you turned off the USB warning.

Once you recover the USB function you disabled, recreate the USB error message you were getting and either type the exact text out for us or the Google, or make a screenshot of the warning using the SNipping Tool in Start Menu, attach to post using paper clip in reply box.

ok i found the system restore but not sure if I can find the time when I disabled the USB stuff, how do I roll back my windows

You may not have a restore point from the exact action you took, but need to look for a Restore Point which you are reasonably sure is before that time, ideally one which is just before you made the mistake.

If it is the wrong one, you can try another or even roll back the incorrect restore point.
