Windows 7: File Sorting issue bugging me

Hi
I sort a lot of my files by "Rating" .
and when i recently bought Win 7 Ultimate 64bit i noticed a change in sorting that i can't get used to . it's just unnatural .

i don't know if its just happening to me ?

when i sort the files by rating descendingly, the name becomes a secondary sorting order but it becomes descending as well .

bottom line :
the sorting system currently is :
- Rating : Descending = Name : descending
- Rating : Ascending = Name : Ascending
...........
The way it's supposed to be is :
- Rating : Descending = Name : Ascending
- Rating : Ascending = Name : Descending

cause the order of stars and numbers are different .
