    Windows 7 Language


    I just upgraded to Windows 7 Ultimate just for a fix with this language problem. This is my problem. During chat, korean works well. But when I play a program that korean, it comes out like ?????? everytime I type. Is there a way I can fix this? Everytime I type something in the program in korea, it always comes out as ??????. Please help!

    This is all programs in a different language. Yes I tried the correct steps.

    i found this one. Change your Windows 7 language w/o having ultimate!
    and what program that's you means? all program appear "????"
