Windows 7: Access, permissions issues moved library location 2 other partition

As many, my HDD is divided in 2 partition C & D
I wish to have all data users on D, instead than on default C:

I presently have created 3 users(Anne, Phil, Pat) and 1 admin account, plus the default public.

1/ Permissions access rights issue.
So for Anne(very first user created), I moved my documents from c:\users\mmspl\My Documents to D:\Anne\My Documents
Now, when it was on C no user had access to it, but now that it's on D, Phil or Pat have access to it!!!, Why ????

Right-clik under D:\Anne, security tab gives
Authenticated users, all rights except total control and special authorisations
System, all rights except special authorisations
Administrators, all rights except special authorisations
Users, solely read + read & execute + folder display
No other user is displayed

I haven't yet move user Pat folders' location and these need admin password for access.
Security tab on c:\users\Pat, leads to 3 accounts permisssions:
Pat, System, Administrators

2/ Can't I move the all library of a user at once?
I tried with shell:UsersFilesFolder to have a location tab on the library, but none.
Do I really need to move 1 by 1 one each folder (doc, images, music, video, download, favorites, links) and what about softwares which would later create a user folder?

3/ I successfully move the default location of doc, music & video for user Anne, but I did something wrong when try to move of the default my pictures folder to d:\anne\pictures.

4/ What about restore points.

Current sitution:
Pictures are located under c:\users\mmspl (default name of Anne user)
If I right click on the Pictures folder I have no location tab, for all other folders do have the location tab....
