    Attached a snapshot.
    The second is when I tried opening the file with paint, still no extension.

    Is there a fix for this issue? I get the same problem every time my laptop starts up. It started happening after I installed Microsoft Office 2010. Thanks.

    It works!! I deleted the file in C:/Users .

    Anyone knows why did a file suddenly appear there?
