Better upload a snapshot. It's hard to know how to help without seeing what you're seeing.

I think I located the file, will delete this evil "extension-less" file!
Is there a fix for this issue? I get the same problem every time my laptop starts up. It started happening after I installed Microsoft Office 2010. Thanks.
It works!! I deleted the file in C:/Users .
Anyone knows why did a file suddenly appear there?
