    32-bit of 64-bit

I am thinking that I am going to dual boot windows 7 and ubuntu. i am debating whether to install 64-bit or 32-bit.

I bought a new computer in december 2008 (Lenovo X200 Tablet) for college. I have a duo-core (1.86GHz each) and 3 GB of RAM. I've always been running 32-bit.

Would it be a good idea to switch to 64-bit now? Would I really see any noticeable difference with 3 GB of RAM in every day use?

    Thanks
