a lot of problems

I got a lot of problems, actually i started to notice them recently. M cpu usage is 100% i tired disabling the every program using msconfig. Thats the first problem.

Second: The computer freezes while playing games or if i use the computer for a longer time surfing and stuff like that. I ve tried fighting it by cleaning my fan, uppgradeting everything and i mean everything. Optimized the systems and defrag ofc. I ve scaned my computer for virus using 3 diffrent programs. Also used diffrent cleaning programs but nothing seems to work:S

third: The core is overheated all the time well sometimes it is about 60, but when i use the computer its about 80-90 way to high. gonna clean the filters soon again with some high pressure stuff.

SYSTEM: windows 7 home premium 64
systemmodell: hp pavilion dv6 notebook pc
bios something
proscessor: amd turion 11 ultra dual-core mobile m600 2cpus 2.4ghz
