Two choices at boot up: how can I remove the first?

    Hi,

I´ve bought a new Dell Inspiron N5010 with Win7. I switched it on with plugged External HDD, which contained Win7 files. So when I switch the notebook on I have to choose. How can I remove the first choice?

    Thanks,

Click the Start button and in the search box, type msconfig and press Enter.
Then go to the Boot tab, select the entry which you want to remove and then click Delete.

    Thank you

Thank you for the fast answers.
I think the second answer is simpler. so I´ve used this one with success.

    Thanks,
