Help With Windows

Hi , I am facing some problems with my Computer and windows , I have used Windows 7 Beta for 4 Months and but it was kinda slow on my system but all of a sudden it crashed , started given me Blue screen so often and i tried to install Beta again in April but it never completed its setup and gave me Blue screen error , now i have RC downloaded from Microsoft i still have same problem in installing i installed in my other PC with 2 GB ram and win 7 works fine with it ..

i replaced my Hard and Ram with that system in case there is some problem with my RAM or HDD but win7 was installed fine and i used it for 2 days , but i cant install it on my Core 2 Quad Processor PC

and On my Core 2 Quad Pc if i install Vista 32 Bit and i try to do voice chat/Call on Yahoo or msn it gives me blue screen and windows crashed and i have to install a fresh copy tell me what is wrong and what shall i do

Processor Core 2 Duo 2.8
RAM 2Gb (1+1)

I had Nothing Plugged in , other than keyboard ,mouse and LCD. BTW Doesn't that include in Processor dumping ??

Reymran, do you know what the error was when it blue screened? Are you overclocking the system at all?

Hammerhead , actually that blue screen comes so fast and the my PC is restarted like a flash so dont have time to read , and about overlocking i have heard abt it but have never tried because i dont know how to do that .... besides i have loaded defaults on BIOS so many times but cant install Win 7 on it on 5th april i was using 7 Beta fine and all of sudden it displayed blue screen and windows was crashed i tried to install new copy of 7 but i was never able to install .... You know while installing Win 7 , it reached Completing Installation instead of flicker my pc restarts without any indication and it happens 3 or 4 times then it says i should start installation from Start ,

i am totally confused wot is wrong ...

btw i personally think its because of Processor ..... because when i used LLF software to format HDD on WIN XP it showed me blue screen and restarted again .... ..

First off, you might try getting a new RC disk. It may have become bad for some reason or another. I don't think that will fix it, but its worth a shot.

Another thing, that you brought up, was the processor. It may indeed be bad. If you can, get a cheap CPU that will fit in the socket and give it a try. Or take it to a professional to test it for you. Though if you are willing to spend the money, just go buy a new CPU.

If these don't fix the problem.... Then I would guess it is the mobo.

Hi , thanx lord for the reply ... well yes i downloaded new RC this time x64 but same problem ... i thought i could be Mother Board or Processor but i changed processor already and it worked fine .. so i am now sure its processor ... well i bought it 5 months ago and i got 10 Months warrenty so i will claim it .. i guess it will be fine ... but could you please tell me if it could be because of overclocking ?? i thought we can do it only with 3D cards ... thanxx
