    Recycle icon never empty...


    Even when the recycle bin is "empty" the icon on my desktop is showing full... Or does Windows 7 no longer change the icon?

    BTW what is being "recycled" how do you recycle junk 1's and 0's?

    Pin Recycle Bin to Taskbar

    You might like to remove the Recycle Bin form your desktop altogether.
