I had a friend who I installed Win7 for who wanted his rocket dock installed and was hardly willing to listen to the features of the new taskbar because he liked the rocketdock's animation (which wont' seem to hold still for me and thus is annoying).

But he relented and after I demonstrated it he has been quite happy ever since. Never had to find out that it has the bug you've discovered.
