Are you guys sending feedback to microsoft?

It is very important that you do so, blue screen errors, bugs, failures etc.. we have to make sure that everything works fine for the RTM version, The less buggier the better, so please don't forget to send feedback to Microsoft if you have a problem

I have submitted many bug reports and feature requests. Since RC was made available I have sent one related to a third party software issue. Microsoft has usually responded very well to each of my reports. You can still send feedback to MSFT Windows 7 team even in RC and RTM builds. Search for "Send Feedback" from the start button. Or you can run this command:
Code:
rundll32.exe FeedbackTool.dll,ShowWizard
Officially from Microsoft on May 16th, 2009:
"Your feedback during the Beta process was very helpful. The "Send Feedback" feature isn't in Windows 7 RC, because we're at a later stage of the software development process. With this release, we're focused on verifying that all the changes and fixes we made based on the Beta tests and feedback are working correctly. We do that by gathering the automatically generated information (called telemetry) that your PC sends us when you use Windows 7 RC. Telemetry provides information about when your computer hangs, crashes or has performance issues, and it lets us know what applications or devices you were using when you experienced problems. It is important that we get this data from thousands of different hardware configurations in order to complete Windows 7. This will help us confirm that the fixes we included based on Beta feedback work on a wide range of hardware, and identify any new problems. "

it'll pop up a thing when something crashes asking if you wish to submit the info, if i recall the mechanics of it. most of the windows since 2k i think, have had this option in some form or another.

Welcome - Windows Feedback Program is the official site. It's currently closed for new recruits, citing;

But you can still use the Feedback tool itself is available here;

Made several reports to MS during Beta. Not doing so with RC, but also not finding anything I need to report.

Am running some, (official), extra telemetry for MS plus I make sure any crash reports get sent. Crash reports are now basically down to odd 3rd party crashes, (photoshop filters etc), but still send the info.

Have sent two actual bug reports this week so far both relating to minor annoyance brought to light on this site, which I could duplicate, so reported

I have just sent some feedback to MS regarding 1) small output to my TV when using S-Video (zoom function would be nice) & 2) secondary taskbar for extended desktop.

I also mentioned about Media Center taking control of the screen edges when maximised as just an after thought.

Let's hope they get the info
