| | Heh. I think I found it, and why it may be mentioned on that Turkish page. It appears that it may (I'm waiting for email confirmation) be generated by a program called "Word Web" that allows me to r-click words on the web or local computer for definitions, synonyms, etc. I hadn't put the two together until going to their site and noticing that they are very involved with energy saving ideas. It looks like after a while of using the "free" version of this product they may be including this power saving reminder to be green. I noticed that the Turkish page in question seems to be talking about Word Web. I'm pretty confident that WordWeb IS the source of this popup. |
