Ctrl+Shift+Alt button problems

Hello everyone I have a odd problem, I got a new wacom tablet today and I went about customizing the buttons but windows wont let be use Ctrl,Shift,Alt and when ever I click them a little graphic of what ever Iam holding down.

I looked into the sticky keys but still could not get it to work.

this is what the graphic looks like.
