Windows 7: Help may have messed up thumb drive.

Help may have messed up thumb drive.

FIXED




Ok i have a 8g usb thumb drive. Tried the chrom os install on it and couldn't get it to load on a pc. So just decided to formate thumb drive AND NOW it only has 1 gig. I tried the Devise management and all i see it Devise has unallacated space......

Help....

I dont wanna put windows on it, I just want it back to a removable drive with 7.45 gig like it was

Can't you just right click on the drive it and tell it to format the thumb drive?

As of now i dont get any auto play and dosent show up in mycomputer. But if i right click computer then go to manage it shows up.

When i did show up in my computer it said 1 gig

Wow ...

Downloaded program but it would only detect drive. Error trying to format.

Now windows 7 gives me a pop up saying to format and it now has the correct size (7.45) run windows format and all good now...

So the hp program wouldnt do the format but did allow windows to see drive correctly....

For that i thank YOU...... is there a thank u button?
