    didn't work =(

i have symbols on the f1-12 buttons, normall (on my old laptop) i pressed fn and then the f buttons, but now i have to press fn to use the orignal keys.

when playing the game when i press f1, it stops what i'm doing, minises (?) the window, and opens this hp help and support window.

Redefine the keys for the game as f3 or f4 etc.
Do it from the game menu, its usually listed in the game menu as,... game/ options/ controls.

If your computer by any chance has an F Lock Key, press it and ensure it's enabled and that should resolve the problem for you.

yeah ty, it was some network keys or something. i had to go to unilty setup, and change some settings.

the game was runescape, and i have a fn button. the f1-12 buttons only worked if i hold down fn, which got quite annoying
