Cannot install anything since few weeks!

Hello,

I am new here & I have a small problem:
My windows 7 was working perfectly and suddendly few weeks ago it happends;
I cannot install stuff; I have no rights.
Let me correct this, this is not everything,some software yes and some not.
I am as Aministador in my Dell Laptop and I have never had this problem before.
I try to look arround for the users rights and it looks all is ok
UAC is ok too
the only thing I can possibly think off before that happend, I had setup a Ramdrive to use with Internet Explorer but I decide to get rid of it and begin to had issues with variables, I tought it was ok after things beging to clear up.
When I try to install I get "Access Denied" and it looks the temp directory is read only but cannot change it.
I cant even uninstall.

Any idea?

Use system restore to go back before you tried to make things better. Go back a few days before. Your documents and pictures will not be lost.
