folders open in its own windows

Hi,
I need help with, "open each folder in its own window" does not work. (Windows 7)
I've tryed restore defaults in folder options, no help!
If I right click open/folder from Explorer, this is the olny way it works.

This happens in all user accounts.

I've been searching for help on the web all night, nothing solid!

Any help much appreciated.
