Sorry if wrong section, i've never been here before lol.
Would it be safe to delete one of the circled? I can't create a 10GB partition as I have too many.

You can have three primary partitions on a drive. As long as it's not the system partition AND there is not critical information on the partition, you can remove it. Caveat - sometimes the OS restore resides on another partition.
Depends what you mean by safe.
Those are oem partitions - you may need the oem tools and recovery , or not if you have an installation disc.
You can always make another logical drive from the 10gb unallocated if you wish.

I'd leave the OEM partitions alone.
I cannot understand the need for an extended partition on a little disk like this. I would have thought the 10GB unallocated and 50 GB Extended would have been better as a 4th primary (data) partition.
