| | Hello Tistou, and welcome to Seven Forums. This is the jump list for that item. You can do so by turning off Recent Items and Recent Programs. Hope this helps, Shawn |

| | thank you for your" welcome" so I turning off "Recent Items" and "Recent Programs" but always "jump list"  but I don't have the" jump list" but keep the "Recent Programs", if possible? thank you |

| | Sorry, If you turn on one of them, then you will also enable jump lists for that one as well.  |

| | I'm sorry Tistou, but looking at that further, that is a Tasks jump list of Windows Live Messenger optoins instead of just a "Recent" or "Frequent" type one. I do not believe you can disable this one as you could the others by turning off Recent Items and Recent Programs. |
