I can't think of a way, but can I ask why you want to do this? The method others I know use when they don't want other looking through certain files is set the folder to be hidden, the change folder settings to show hidden files and folders when you need access to the files. Once they are done, the set the options back to not show hidden folders.

Don't let them use your account or give then accounts with administrator access.

Personally, I bury things as deep as I can if I really feel the need to hide something. For example, I'll place a folder in C:\Users\Petey\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Templates\LiveContent\User\SmartArt Graphics\1033.

In other news, I found our tutorial describing how to lock a folder: Folder - Lock with a Password without Any Software
