Give me a screen shot for your monitor setup.

In adjust screen resolution, click DETECT if only one monitor is showing.
You have one monitor working - I'm assuming.
What happens if you switch monitors? Does the 2nd monitor now work?
Are both cables secure to monitor and card?

What do u mean by that? A screen shot of the resolution and so on ?

Btw windows 7 won't me use the VGA port on my graph card that's what's wrong. The screen thats connected to the VGA won't get a signal and just enters power safe mode

I know you said it just worked before 7, but did you remove vga cable and, if so, are any of the pins bent?

Try booting up with only the other monitor connected.
