Only your AntiVirus program has to be in the startups. All others can be disabled. Press Start > type msconfig > hit Enter > go to the Startup button. There you can disable all that junk. And don't be afraid - nothing bad will happen. | My System Specs | | System Manufacturer/Model Number HP, Dell, Gateway - 2 laptops and 2 desktops OS Vista and Windows7, sometimes Ubuntu and Fedora CPU from 1.6GHz Duo to 2.5GHz Quad Monitor(s) Displays 2x HP w2207 Keyboard with trackball - no mices Mouse terrible devices, who wants them Hard Drives 5x HDD, 2x SSD, 6x Externals Internet Speed DSL 6000 |

Or if all else is hard or confusing, you can just get CCleaner and use that to disable what you don't want. It's free and works great, Google it if you wish to try it out. | My System Specs | | System Manufacturer/Model Number Custom OS Windows 7 Ultimate 32bit CPU Intel Core 2 Quad 2.83GHz Motherboard GeForce 7150 / nForce 630i Memory 3GB Graphics Card e-GeForce 9800 GTX+ Screen Resolution 1680 x 1050 PSU 750w Cooling Liquid Cooling |

also I would not use msconfig because you can cause a lot of problems with your operating systems with just
one wrong click or crash it completly | My System Specs | | OS windows 7 and windows xp start up programs problems? All times are GMT -5. The time now is 09:47 PM. | |
