    Can't be a virus...
    Put your color intensity at maximum and then fix the color you want in color mixer :P
    try this one.. If doesn't work then try to apply a Windows 7 theme

    so i went through my troubleshooting and apparently , my desktop manager disabled itself whilst i wasnt using my computer, but thanks for everyones advice, definitely helpeddd (: and its all fixed now.
