logging off logo wont go off
after i press to log off the logo logging off womt go off the screen. i tried to turn off by press startup button but logging off wotn go off...cant start or turn laptop off...help?

Can you HOLD the power ON/OFF button in or down for 10 to 15 seconds & see if it shuts off ? Then try to power back ON. | | My System Specs | | Computer type PC/Desktop
