| | Windows taskbar empty. hello , I had an issue with my variable that i fixed (I couldnt install anything) and now it works but in the process of fixing it changing rights my taskbar becomes empty and I cannot PIN anything on it.I dont even have the 3 icons that comes when you install windows 7. I check this folder and all my pin item and others still there: C:\Users\myuser name\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Quick Launch what can I do, dont want to do system restore. thank you |

| | I would start over, with the System Restore even though you don't want to do that. Apparently whatever you changed (some Registry entries?) affected other things. |
