Random Freeze - might be Integrated Graphics related?

I'm running on the Intel 2500 HD graphics for the next 4 days until i get my EVGA 670 gtx FTW...
I've run multiple memtests, cpu stress tests, hard drive tests, most components are new. Just can't put my finger on the issue of random freezing. I suspect it has to do with the below average "2500 HD graphics"... but i'd really like to be sure. Oh and I don't have any malware, viruses, etc I have kaspersky 2013, and I'm NOT overclocking right now. I have latest drivers on everything. No overheating is detected, CPU are idling around 30C, and even in game in doesn't get much hotter.
Intel's website says that Lord of the Rings Online is supported with the Intel 2500 HD graphics, but yet I can't go an hour without the screen freezing, mouse frozen, ctrl alt del not usable, ctrl alt esc not usable... I have to hit the reset button and start over.
The problem is very common when I'm playing the game, but once, maybe twice in the past week, the computer froze just while browsing the internetz.
I looked for recommended screen resolutions because I figured I might be overdoing the 2500 HD graphics at 1920x1080, but Intel wouldn't say what is or isn't supported.
I uploaded a Zip file created using SF Diagnostic tool. hopefully i did it right...
and I uploaded a picture of what my screen looks like when the system freezes, notice the box of tiny black characters near the cursor. Looks like a graphics issue to me, but i'm not an expert. Maybe theres a setting I need to fix.
Any help would be most appreciated, let me know if I need to submit more info!
Thanks!
