How to Remove Windows Vista Files From My Computer?

My computer originally came with Vista. I began to have issues with navigating in "My Computer", as it would often freeze and make it nearly impossible to use at times. I received a free upgrade to Windows 7, which I had hoped would solve my issues. It did not, unfortunately. Is there any way that I could remove all the Vista files from my computer so that the problems caused by them would hopefully be resolved? Thanks.

Hello Matt, and welcome to Seven Forums.

You could do a clean install with the upgrade Windows 7 instead.

    Hope this helps,
