Automatically change font size when connected to bigger display

    Hello!
I have a netbook with a 10.1 inch screen, and a 22inch LCD display panel.
When I connect my netbook to the display, the words seem too small at 1920x1080 resolution. If I set the font size to 125% or 150%, then it would be too big once i unplug my external LCD and use the netbook's 10.1 screen. Setting the 22 LCD to a lower resolution makes the text look very blurred, so that's not an option.

Is there anyway/script/program to automatically change the font size when I connect/disconnect the LCD screen? thanks!

This would be very helpful for me too when I switch between my 22" and 55" screens

There may be something third party to do it, but there is no builtin capability for this.

I know of nothing automatic, but check out the likes of the programs here: switch resolution Windows 7 - Free Download Windows 7 switch resolution - Windows 7 Download for utilities that purport to do the job with a few clicks or by hotkey. I've not used them myself yet.
