Fuzzy Writing

Hi All,

I have windows 7 64 bit ultimate and over the last few days have noticed that the writing on any site is fuzzy.
I tried different settings on the monitor and also tried updating the monitor drivers with no luck.
I updated the drivers of the graphics card but again with no luck.
If i go to a web site and the background is white and the writing black it is like the blacks mirrors into the white .
I hope someone can help me with this issue.

Cheers

Is this only in your web browser or does it appear in other applications as well? What web browser are you using?

I think I know the problem, if only I could remember the setting. I KNOW it is a font setting, maybe the sharpness is too high?

Check the font settings in Windows and the browser to see if you can fix it.

I think I would try running the ClearType setup. Go to Control Panel->Appearance and Personalization, then under the Fonts heading select "Adjust ClearType text" and follow the prompts.

Using TV as PC Monitor. Text is a little fuzzy.
I wanted a monitor larger than my 22 inch Samsung but reasonably priced 23 inch or 24 inch monitors wouldn't have made much of a difference and a 27 inch monitor was more than I wanted to spend. I had read lots of articles about using a TV as a PC monitor so I was forewarned about the text...
