| | Desktop icon short cuts cannot be accessed I AM HAVING A PROBLEM AFTER I USE IE8 MY DESKTOP ICON SHORT CUTS CANNOT BE ACCESSED I HAVE TO RESTART MY COMPUTER. I TOO HAVE BEEN TRYING GOOGLE AND ALSO THE FORUMS NEW TO THE FORUMS AND AS TO BEING ABLE TO EMAIL MICROSOFT OR RING THEM THAT IS NEAR IMPOSSIBLE I AM 62 YEARS OLD AND FIND WINDOWS LIVE MAIL HARD TO DO WELL I CAN USE IT BUT I CANT DO WHAT I DID IN WINDOWS MAIL. I GUESS I AM TOO OLD  WISH THIS TECHNOLOGY WAS ABOUT FOR ME 35 YEARS AGO LOL |
