Do the big boys watch this site like W7 Forum

Companies like Microsoft should monitor sites like this one. They could get a good amount of likes and dislikes from people that are into computers and operating systems. I could list a lot of companies that deal with us from security, hardware, software, ect. Use the information from this site and others like it could save a lot or R and D. What do you folks think? If some of our members are doing just that please raise your hand, we will help.

MS has reps in and out of these forums both badged as such and not. Hopefully they are picking up on problems and trends.

They should be monitoring SevenForums as closely as their own TechNet forums because many more retail consumer problems are solved here much more quickly.
