    two simple problems ...

    Hi guys ,
1- every time i shut down my computer i get THIS message ...
it's the same message but i don't get " windows task manager " ... it's mostly blank and some times i get " windows logon " instead of the " task manager " .
i'm running windows 7 32 bit ... and i didn't have this problem back when i used windows vista
2- another problem is that THIS file just appeared in my external HD
a pic from inside the file
    what is this ?

Follow these instructions to find out what program delays the shut down.
How to troubleshoot a problem by performing a clean boot in Windows Vista or in Windows 7

    Getting concerned now
Run a full scan antivirus and download and run a full malwarebytes scan. Takes about 90 minutes. Make sure you update it before using it.
It is probably just a program that you installed, but since you have no knowlege of it lets be on the safe side, take the scans.

do you have the S.O.A.P toolkit 3??

    Download details: SOAP Toolkit 3.0

because thats where those files on your external HD are from , its odd because its very old and no longer used , im assuming its from a very old program yuor using or have installed

is this shutdown problem new or has it happened since you started with win 7 ? is it a pre bought pc with the os loaded or did you install windows yourself

i still get the problem even when i hide all the services !

for the second problem , i think ... i,m not sure about this but the file appears every time i run a full system scan using BitDefender Total Security 2010
so is it ok to delete the file and run the scan again to make sure ?

Suggest you Uninstall BitDefender using REvo Uninstaller in Advanced mode: after it runs Windows uninstaller, don't restart when prompted, press Next to delete all bolded Registry keys and files. It will set a restore point.

Install MS Security Essentials, update, run FULL scan. Run MSE with Wnidows Firewall which works perfectly with Win7.

In addition to Gregs astute advice, do not forget the official uninstall tool.
