Desktop refers to a location that is unavailable

Hello people. When i try to save a file from any site, it comes up with the "Desktop (or wherever im saving it) is not found, it is unavailable or may be on another disk/make sure your disk (as in Hard Drive Disk) in inserted properly."

I'd really appreciate some help
