I don't have Clip Board

Just notice I don't have a Clip Board. I downloaded Speccy and I want to copy ram specs to clip board so I can print them. I don't want to copy all the information, just ram specs. I right click, (select all) right click (copy to clip board) that I don't have. I check search this site and didn't find what I needed or missed it.
Thanks.

Did you receive an error message? Have you looked for it in c:\windows?

I have done c:\windows and checked under programs, nothing found. I have typed clip board off the start button no help. I have used Search Everything and still no help. Is there a better way to find it. Thanks for the quick response zigzag3143!

I think it just stores it temporarily, until you paste it somewhere.

Have a look at this thread too,

Where is clipboard.exe?

Hello Layback Bear,

Do you have a "Copy" option available instead?

In Windows 7 and Vista, you do have a clipboard like in XP. Instead, it's a simple copy and paste now with only one item held in the clipboard at a time. It is cleared when you copy the next item to make room for it.

A good free clipboard manager program to use would be ClipMagic.

Hope this helps,
Shawn

Well I tried that Snip It thing. I would copy it but it would take about 5 snips to get it all. There has got to be a better way.

Yeah, I get that too. I hit select all then copy to clipboard. Now you have to paste it in notepad or something you choose.

Here's mine from notepad.

Thanks all. I get it now. Copy to Clipboard really just means (copy). The word Clipboard shouldn't be there. All the time spent looking for Clipboard, I feel so dumb.
