Not sure why but it seems these two instances aren't doing what they are supposed to do considering it never ate my cpu up while compiling after installing all major updates. (fresh install) Both have been in the processes for hours now.have a few failed updates too which might be related? Hope to get this sorted.
These are due to upgrades (or first initialization) of the .NET Framework. Upon the first reboot (or install), this optimization will run only once and should take about 5 or 10 minutes (assuming a relatively modern PC). They run as low priority processes so they should not tax your PC and once they're done that one time, they shouldn't show up again unless you upgrade the .NET Framework to a newer version.
If however these keep going and going and never disappear, let us know.
Okay well the two instances of it have been there for 3 hours now, both at 0% usage. I know why they deploy and what they do already seems maybe my .net framework might have been incorrectly installed or something along those lines. I will follow any steps to get this fixed. They aren't slowing me down or anything but they shouldn't be there.
letting my computer go idle and restarting did not make the processes go away either might i add.

Essentially, just run "ngen.exe executequeueditems" and it should get these two processes to do their work and go away as they should.
It's not eating up my cpu i already read that guide prior to posting here it did not help me.
Tried that ngen.exe executequeueditems did not do anything, says it's not recognized as an internal or external command operable program or batch file
I just found an extra part in another article: Native Image Generator (Ngen.exe)
Essentially, you have to bring up an elevated command prompt and first navigate to the path C:\Windows\Microsoft.NET\Framework\v2.0.50727 or whichever version you have installed. Other common versions are v3.0, v3.5, and v4.0.30319. You would replace the version with whichever version you most recently installed. Once you've navigated to the path, run the ngen.exe executequeueditems and see if it works or not.
If not, note the error you receive. Additionally, have you tried restarting your PC to see if it gets these processes going (sounds inane but Windows can be weird sometimes).
I tried restarting my pc once more and then i tried what you said i think..here i have included folder of framework its contents and the cmd prompt failing haha hope it helps.
When in the command prompt, first you have to type the command (without quotes) "cd C:\Windows\Microsoft.NET\Framework\v4.0.30319". After that, type in the "ngen.exe executequeueditems" and let me know what happens.
EDIT: Additionally, by elevated command prompt, I mean you need to bring up command prompt as administrator (right-click on it and click on "Run as Administrator" from the Start Menu).
Really? What results did you get out of it? A screenshot of the command prompt would be useful in this case so I can see what happens when you attempt these commands. I tried them and they seem to work.
EDIT: If this is recent, you may want to attempt to a System Restore to a point in time before this occurred and then try the updates again to see if the problem relapses or not.
