Free burner which has disc format options for 7?

Sorry if this is not discussion-appropriate, but i'm looking for a free disc burning software that lets you choose between disc formats, like ISO/JOLIET/UDF.

ImgBurn is quite good for a free alternative.

If I remember correctly, Neros free version is decent yet quite basic, and only allows for the burning of DATA discs.

ISOs etc is part of Burning ROM, which is very good IMHO, but its also a pay for program.
(it can be purchased as a standalone however without the rest of the suite)

I think ImgBurn can do almost everything Burning ROM can do as well, but for free.
