I had searched all over and finally found the answer for this very strange problem I noticed on my Right-Click menu in Window Explorer. Take a look... So what did I find to get the pesky trash -- "Glary Utilities" I had removed a bunch of apps and still it showed up. With "Glary Utilites" - Context Menu Manager I could toggle on and off the various menu choices until I found the one that had added it to my menu. BIG KUDOS!!
Now you may want to ask me what it was well.... something called Eazshell. What installed it I am not sure. But the menu is fixed!
