| | Unable to change windows colour i'm using windows 7 32-bit ultimate version. i found that i cant change my windows colour instead it pop up this  attachment), but not the other one that let me to choose my taskbar colour. help please~ thanks! |

| | You don't have your system specs filled out, so we can only guess, but it certainly sounds like you either don't have an Aero-compatible video card, don't have drivers installed for your card, or just need to switch themes to Aero. |
