Desktop is being "shielded" with aero glass...

Hi there,

I am not sure how to describe the problem I'm having... I have installed Win7Ultimate64 couple of days ago, yesterday I've installed Adobe CS5 Master Collection Trial (I don't know if that's relevant...). The problem? When I hit right-alt+a (to make Polish characters, it might work as ctrl-alt-A on US keyboards) - my desktop and all applications are getting shielded from me with something that looks like aero glass...

Screen goes darker (looks the same "material" as my task-bar normally looks like), all applications are active (this "glass" is semitransparent, I can see effects of my keyboard actions, switching apps, typing in windows) but I can't "touch" them with mouse actions... I have to log-out and log back in to remove this effect - until next ctrl-alt-a ....

What the hell can it be? Any help would be greatly appreciated...
