    Laptop language change problem

hello everybody, my bro is having a concern about his laptop. he bought a new samsung unit @ jarir bookstore here in saudi arabia but when he booted it (while he was there at the store) the language was arabic so he called the in-house tech staff to change his language to english and after some time they gave him his unit running in english language. Now here's the concern, samsung has this nifty pre-installed program called SAMSUNG RECOVERY SOLUTION which takes a system backup the 1st time you open your unit, so my bro is thinking that the technician went on to backup his entire initial system settings with the ARABIC LANGUAGE so if ever his system gets in trouble in the future and he reverts back to that initial backup he would get that ARABIC windows.

I'm just wondering if there is some way to make a code or something (or if there's one that's already existing) to one-click change this ARABIC language into ENGLISH?

Coz I tried to change the language settings of a windows in arabic into english through ICONS only but I can't do it, so please help out.

He will have to go through Control Panel> Regional and Language settings>Regional options to change the language.

It's okay from CONTROL PANEL up to REGIONAL OPTIONS due to the familiar icons but when selecting which one is the english language that's the time where my nose bleeds because everything listed inside are in ARABIC. =( any other ideas?

Take it to someone who speaks (or at least understands) Arabic.

we are going EXIT from saudi this end of january so we're back in philippines your suggestion allen would be another problem. any other ideas? mak, the link was cool but it's not that simple. There's an english language already inside the system, I just need to select it but I cant because the word ENGLISH itself is written in arabic. I've looked and looked but everything is in arabic inside REGIONAL OPTIONS.

Take an image of the current system. If you ever have to reinstall, use the image and not the recovery partition.

The word "English" in arabic is "الانكليزية", and i'll try to translate what you need.
"Region and Language" means "المنطقة واللغة"
"Keyboard and Languages" means "لوحة المفاتيح واللغات"
"Display Languages" means "لغات العرض", then "install/uninstall languages" means " تثبيت\إلغاء تثبيت اللغات", then choose "الانكليزية".
    And it's done.
