    Windows 7 ultimate 32 bits keeps throwing an error message


    Hi all,

    My asus laptop has windows 7 ultimiate 32 bits os, for some reason an annoying error message keeps poping up: "Exception EInOutError in module TPSTSE~1.BAK at 0007F1CC. File access denied." This bloody message drives my nuts and i was googleing it without any luck, could someone in here plz shed me a lights will be greatly appreciated.

    Heres the story, if it were a common problem we could find it in Google, I looked too.
    It may be a virus or other nasty
    Run your anti virus scan
    Download and run malwarebytes, the full scan after you update the software

    If negative, return and we can look further.

    thanks for ur reply, i already run the anti virus scan, and i also downloaded and run a registry scan appliation, but this error is still poping up.

    Use malwarebytes and stay away from reg scans and cleaners, they cause problems like this.
