shake to minimize not working?

    richc46, iv played around with the shake function b4 i started customizing my windows, the problem isn't me not knowing how to use the shake function, it is not working even tho the keys are.

Hello All I found one problem with user account when i turn on guest account & open any window Minimize,Maximize& Close booton not working. i must close that all from taskbar. same problem with new user account . os win 7 build 7068 help me . thank you .
