exe files problem

Hi,
I have a problem with my sister's laptop.
The OS is Windows 7 64 bit.
Here is the problem:
I was tried to extract exe files with winrar and I recive a error, I tried also with 7-zip and recive error too.
So, I extract in my computer and transform it to my sister's computer.
When I open the folder with the exe file (in my sister's computer) it suddenly disappear and the other files are still in the folder.
I tried the fix exe reg file.

Sorry on my english.

probably due to an on-access virus scanner that flagged the exe as malicious.

I don't think so because the computer is new and still no software installed.

It has nothing to do with new or software. Assuming the computer worked properly when purchased, changes were made, now it does not work properly. If you have a restore point it may work.
