Where is the WinExplorer folder context menu "search"?

After moving from old XP to a new Windows 7 installation I miss a "search here" context menu entry for folders in WinExplorer. In old WinXP a search form dialog popped up and let me perform a search in the whole directory tree.

How does that work in Windows 7?

Open a folder and look at the upper right corner of the window.
