Ultimate Upgrade Question

Have Windows 7 Home Premium x64 which came with my SONY laptop. I have a new full copy of Win7 Ultimate and want to upgrade. Any issue with installing over my current home Premium install or do I need to go with a clean one?

Thanks in advance!

Yes, many reports that retail serial works in Anytime.

Just type Anytime in Start Search box to start process.
