    I know that with CCleaner and TuneUp Utilities you can integrate into the context menu of the recycle bin to shred files. CCleaner is free and TuneUp is not. In order for it to "shred" the files with CCleaner you have to go to options and then settings and tick add run ccleaner option to recycle bin context menu and then make sure the secure deletion is ticked and use the drop down menu to choose your method of securely deleting the files.

    This isn't integrated, but doesn't have to be installed, is completely portable, very small (22.5K!), extremely fast! Can be set to overwrite as many as 100 times (and that's fast, you won't have to wait).
