Icons half visible

    Icons half visible


    Hi,
    I'm having a problem with my Desktop icons. All standard Windows 7 icons are completely visible, but after I install any software, new icons are only half visible.

    Here is the pic:



    Please help

    Click this link to reset/restore the desktop icons.

    Desktop Icons - Change or Restore Default Icon

    check Microsoft fix it too:)

    Hello Stonyzg, and welcome to Seven Forums.

    It looks like your shortcut arrow overlay icon has been messed up by mistake somehow. Use the program option in the tutorial below to select the default shortcut arrow and hopefully fix this for you.

    Shortcut Arrow - Change, Remove, or Restore
